4. Fees and Payments

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you are not satisfied with a notarial service, you may request a refund within 14 days of service completion. Submit a refund request via our contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. You may also opt to transfer a scheduled service to a later date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Certain custom services that commence immediately upon receipt of your case details are non-refundable. This ensures proper compensation for resources and expert time allocated to your request.

5.2 Information Products

Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, information products are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us via our contact form, and we will provide assistance or replacement where appropriate.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, submit a request via our contact form. After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to your payment method within 7 business days. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pactlyn’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service, product, or good in question.
